Not all specs sell opening weekend…
TRANSIT, first reported here back on April 24th has sold to production outfit Thousand Words.  Written by Michael Gilvary, project is an action thriller about a family chased through the desert by criminals who have stashed stolen money in the family’s car.  ICM’s Harley Copen pushed it till it sold… congrats.

FRAT BOY out from Chris Till at Paradigm has sold to Warner Independent Pictures.  First reported here, story concerns a man raised by fraternity brothers who is reunited with his Martha Stewart-esque mother and unleashed upon the world.  Scott Rothman scripted.  It was pitched as ELF meets OLD SCHOOL.
