Congrats to Matt Skiena who was recently promoted to VP at Village Roadshow Pictures.  Matt is a former assistant to Richard Saperstein at Dimension, and also worked as a story editor at John Wells Productions.  He is a USC grad who started out in the agent trainee program at UTA.  Village Roadshow Pictures is a leading independent co-producer and co-financier of major Hollywood motion pictures, having produced 62 films since its establishment in 1997 including, as co-productions with Warner Bros., The Matrix trilogy, I am Legend, the Ocean’s series, Sherlock Holmes, Gran Torino, Training Day, Analyze This, and Miss Congeniality.  In 2010, Village will release Sex and the City 2, Cats and Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore, & Legend of the Guardians.  Matt is open to: Action-Adventure, Sci-Fi, Tentpole, Thriller, Animated, & Family genres, but is not looking for a Sports movie.
